Safe at Shuckers
On behalf of the entire team, we'd like to thank you for your loyalty and support. It really can't be said enough—your health, and the health of our employees, is our top priority.
Our Safer at Shuckers Program has been created to ensure you can have fun in a clean and safe environment. Below are several of the program elements we have implemented:
**Guests are required to wear masks at all times in public areas and practice social distancing**
Social Distance and safety measures: We have reconfigured our restaurant seating so that patrons are at a safe distance from one another. All customers/employees must wear a mask. Capacity has been modified to Miami Dade regulations.
Cleanliness and sanitization: We are following all guidelines provided by the CDC and have increased cleaning all our areas. Sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the restaurant for your convenience. Please feel free to use them. At this moment, no pets are allowed on premise.
Food & Drink: No more than six people are able to sit together including children, unless all are staying together, in which case we will allow a table of ten with the proper identification. All menus, plates, silverware and drink ware are disposable. Staff is required to wash or sanitize their hands every 30 minutes.
Screening and prevention support: We are following guidance from the government and the medical community regarding enhanced screening procedures and prevention measures. All staff and delivery drivers are screened daily upon arrival.
Employee training: We're further emphasizing our strong culture of health and safety amongst our employees, and will continue to provide new training and reinforcement. We have successfully completed the SafeStaff Sanitation & Safety Training from the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.
